It never fails. Every semester I am asked by at least one of my finance students where they can learn more about finance. Music to a finance professor’s ears.
Most students have a topic in mind, but some just crave more general finance knowledge. In the past, I welcomed these requests and recommended books on a case by case basis, however with all the book options I would undoubtedly tend to leave out great additions to these personalized lists. I compiled this list of books to make sure I leave nothing out when I recommend books to students. Most have amassed a great reputation and some even a cult like following.
I hope that this great list of finance books will serve you well on your quest for financial knowledge.
